    New to the west side, what are MA 9 and 10 .Please I 'm
    not asking for any secret spot.

    Marine area 9 and 10. Check the regulations under the marine section for definitions of where they are.

    Matt nailed it, you'll get the best idea from the regs.

    Generally speaking, MA 10 is the puget sound around Seattle. MA 9 is generally north, northwest of 10 (i think).
