My wife went to the bike shop to get a fitting on her road bike. She came back with new stem, new bars, new grip tape, new seat, new riding shoes and a tune up. I didn't ask the price of all this, but I'm guessing it's somewhere in the range of a new Sage One. I think I'll be getting some new gear soon.

Good grief... you figure she spent $750.00? How much is a tune up for a bicycle? And where to they put the spark plugs? :)

I just picked up a new 5wt St. Croix Bank Robber and paired it with a Ross Flyrise. Very pleased.

Kinda reminds me of the old saying: "There's nothing more expensive than a woman that says she's free for dinner!" ;)

We've got a few road bike stems. Nothing fancy, but almost new. What size/rise do you need? If we've got one that will work consider it yours.

Sounds like that might be the perfect smallmouth setup.

I can't remember the last time I was on a bike. I think it was the last century. But as my memory is slowing fading away I'm not to sure what century it was.

He's so old I wonder how he was able to use a computer. My guess is he's got a young great-grandson that "channels" for him.

Those old Muppet guys are my favorite. I guess it's because I can relate.

Not that old yet. I can still turn it on and off. It's the rest of what happens in the middle that throws me.
