Please, my fragile persona (what a crock) can't handle all this wringing of hands about gun control. Instead lets be positive about the large measure of freedom we have with firearms. I've been able to find primers, powder, bullets, and have a decent stash. In reality, how many shots are fired during hunting? Last weekend I never fired a shot. How much do we really need? I've more than I'll use for years to come. Lets share resources and find answers for each other. The answer is how we treat each other, it's not about control. Example: 38 bags of Magnum Shot #8's @ $37 a bag, local in Snohomish. Anyone need shot? I have a new bag of #6 that I'll probably not use any time soon.
Roper, friend and trusted virtual mentor, you know what I'm looking for! Hook a brother up! Good points made, as always.
Ed, you shouldn't have any 1911 hesitation. That action has been around for more than 100 years and is still more popular than ever. Things that don't work come and go quickly in the firearms industry. Also, big props to Roper. He came through big time, helping me out with some 22 ammo for my up coming speed steel competitions. I have plenty of 12 ga. ammo and components if people have a need. Also tons of brass in various calibers.
Local store had the SW mp AR in 22 cal yesterday Pm for detail might have a few still in stock Josh weren't you looking for one?
1911 rocks; but......I sold my Ultra Compact Springfield .45 and replaced it with a .40 Beretta. I'll never go back. Well, maybe not never. Not soon. Just sayin'.
