    I am looking for some non toxic loads 12ga, 2 3/4, 1 to 1 1/8oz. I would prefer #7 1/2 to #6. I know RST has them but a $3 per shell.... Also I can't shoot steel.

sounds like you're looking at Hevi-shot classic doubles unless you can find someone to reload for you.

What sort of gun are you shooting this in, Floatinghat? And what are you hunting?

I have a couple of older european doubles, both are choked pretty tight and not proofed for steel. These will be for GMU's etc where non toxic is required for upland birds.

JW, thanks for the Hevi-classics, I have heard talk about their poor performance. I had looked at RST and B&P who doesn't make a non steel non toxic.

Interesting. I havent heard anything bad about them. In fact i know several people that are very pleased with them.
