After reading Les Johnsons book, fishing the Stilly last fall for Cutts, and now tying up some poppers, I'm ready to begin exploring the North sound for src. It seems that most of the information available pertains to the south sound. What is the life cycle of north sound cutts? Would now be a good time to target them? I plan to begin hitting kayak point a few days a week to begin with, as distance and work allows. I plan on journaling what I discover as I committ some time to figuring this fishery out.

Yes, the North Sound fish are out there now... some have been for a couple of months. All the pointers re how to fish them and reading water that you find for S. Sound fish pretty much apply up North, just the timing is different. Good luck!
