Oars on the Outlaw rampage

    Who cares what color the oars are. Whether they're rooster dink pink or all black, they do the same thing.

    I upgraded to the heavier yellow sawyers with funky hawaiian blades...the oars are good but eh machining and quality of the screws is average at best. Probably will be returning them for the lightspeed soon...

    i have the Greatful Dead tie dyed Sawyers for the X5. You are correct on the screw inserts, but for the framed boats those thing rock. Now for the stock 2pc. aluminum oars on the Rampages, Renegades, etc. Like Blue mentioned those are for the portability feature- but you can't please all the people all the time. I have no problem using them with my Renegade. They work. I'm going to get the longer ones since I don't fly to fish. I guess Dave could start putting the litespeed oars with the boats, but it would jack up the price of the boats.
