My soles cracked the other week on my Chrome's and Ari had a new set of soles to me in a week! They Rock!
And, perhaps their biggest achievement is that they have always offered felt soles as an option. As soon as a non felt option comes along that is as good or better than felt, I'm all over it like a rat on a cheeto... thus far, I've not found one.
