As another aside, Snakeskin as we all know, are the microbumps that SA put on their lines. It's a great concept but in execution, the bumps were the wrong way. Orvis 3D Hydros lines are dimpled, as on golfball. Same concept, different execution, same long distance casting result.

Ohh, that sharkskin...you are so right...crap concept that makes annoying noise and picks up and holds dirt better than any line ever made!

Yeah, but the dirt makes them invisible to fish....like when Rambo coats himself with mud fer camoflage. Worked for Schwarzenegger in Predator too!

With a filthy sharkskin line, his skin and kayak coated in mud....all the trout see are the whites of ol krusty's eyes...which are kinda brownish from too much whiskey an cigars.
GAT and Steve Call like this.

The dirt on mine made my line weight grow by two. Straight out three feet then down like a rock.

SA Mastery Textured lines (not sharkskin) are the same way.
