I'm going to get at least one more outing out of my fishing license. Heading to Pass Lake tomorrow. Company weclome. I've never been, but I've read a little bit about it on the interwebs. I'll be in my Scadden Assault probably looking like the guy that knows not what he is doing.

Gonna practice the dark side or will you entice with larger offerings?

Yes and Yes. Remember, I consider my self an emerging angler...I'm willing to try just about anything so that I can decide what works for me. No sense in putting foolish restrictions on myself right now. I can tell you I'll have no barbs, no bait and no motor.

Better take your net, with an attitude like that you're going to need it!
I'll ask the fish Gods to anchor you with success.

No barbs, no bait, no explosives, no gill nets...come on man. Might bring my sleeping pad and bag and crash if the fishing is good and I feel like fishing on Thursday too. I'm on vacation.

Don't get raped by the Pass Lake Demons that posess first timers at Pass. You might actually want your gill net.

You really should learn to use more internet friendly words in your posts. Your folks would not be proud.

For one, I only live with my Old Man, second of all, I keep it as clean as I feel necessary.

But it was just a fair warning.

    Good Luck, Ed.

Headed to the ferry now. Maybe I'll have the whole lake to myself?

Hey Ed, I'd join you but I'm going to the hockey game this evening. Leaving early and making a day of it off Island. If you're still there tomorrow I might head up and fish a while.

Steve, Caveman and Zane, sorry we could not connect. I had a great day, considering this was my first trip to Pass. I floated into Ford_Fenders and did not do as well as him...but I took some of his lessons and applied them to two species of trout today.
