I decided to venture up to the north end on Tues. and try for some "big ones". Pulled in around noon and saw three other vehicles in the lot (don't these people have jobs). Anyway, it was an absolutely beautiful day, stayed until around 5:30. Missed a couple, got three to hand, an 18", 20" and one to small to measure, all rainbows. Still looking for that 8-10lb brown :beathead: maybe next trip.

I'll be there all day Friday, from dark till dark. I'll catch that Brown and I'll tell him to be nicer to you.

Let me know how you do. I might be tempted to go up again soon.

    Pass lake

I fished Pass lake this summer and did very well fishing a size 14 parachute adams- as an emerger, about 2 inches under and moving. Learned this on accident, but pulled in several 18"-22" rainbows (no browns)

-just something else to think about- maybe try a caddis emerger this time of year? or bwo?

I fished Pass yesterday and it is still fishing very well. But with the weather change I have a feeling things may slow down. There were a few chironomids hatching, but the hatch is winding down.

    got three browns

Fished Pass just recently, did well:

Three browns, one at 25+ inches.

Five Rainbows, a couple to the 20+ mark.

the rest were all in the 17-19 range.

Fished from about 8:30AM to about 2PM.

Do you have any pictures of your 25" Brown? If you do, be sure to post it, I would enjoy seeing it. The one time I caught a brown that large, no one was there to see it...bummer.
