I will be at Pass this weekend. Anybody fished it lately? Get a water temp? Full moon this weekend. Better tie up some white streamers in case Sat. night is clear :thumb:

I will post a report when I get back.

42 degrees at the launch in the morning for the past few weeks.
Mid day chironimid hatch fishes well.
Fish act like they have been streamered to death...

I hooked 4 bows on Sunday on a green/white streamer with ~60 ft of sinking line out. My buddy also hooked with same method - he was getting a bunch of hits on the turns especially. There was a fella near us fishing with a chironomid + indicator and from the looks of it, he was slaying it...

Haven't done hardly any lake fly fishing before this - very sweet! ptyd

There are a lot of hungry fish at Pass right now gentleman. Streamers worked just fine for me, however there were some nice hatches coming off for you indicator addicts.

  5. I'll be there Thursday...my buddy is going tomorrow, hopefully they'll be in the biting mood. I measured 47 degrees on the fishin' buddy last Thursday and alot of swallows working the water. Had a great day and looking for a repeat again.
