Patrick, I built a fly fishing platform across the whole bow of the boat that is a great place to scout and cast from for sure. It also allows for a bunch of semi-dry storage beneath that platform. It is old, the motor is from 86 so it is much "newer" HA. It is loud. My wife hates it and wants me to sell it and get it out of the driveway. The girls love it. We just don't use it nearly enough. If it had some enclosed space besides just the bimini top it would be better on cooler spray or rain filled days. It is all I've got, so I'm happy to have it for now.

Ed, as I know you are looking for one, I will happily join you as the first mate on your fine vessel and provide lunch and beverages for a day or 2 out in the sound "pinking".:beer2:

Eric, you and many others here know if they are welcome...and you of course, are welcome. Fishing alone on a small creek is nice. Fishing alone on a river from a toon...not wise. Fishing alone on the sound...also not wise. (Others may disagree). I'll be knocking the dust and crust off of it and get it "tuned" up a bit for this summer's use for salmon and crab.

Well Ed, if you need someone to help balance out the boat then I am your man! As an added bonus I don't drink alcohol so you get it all to yourself and a designated driver to boot!

Note to self: When I go out, if I'm sans a floating vessel & fishing a beach after 0800, bring a shoehorn . . .

:thumb: Let me know. Not sure if I'd venture all the way up to the Skagit towing my boat for pinks but when they are passing the Kitsap Peninsula I'll try to be in the right place at the right time with the right flies.

WTF ?? Is there really a need to post shit like this? Someone has way too much time on their hands or really bored. I don't really see the humor in it. It's stuff like this that has slowly swayed me away from this web site.

    Just my 2 cents...

Got a question. If I wanted to drive up from Vancouver for a day of bank fishing for pinks, got any suggestions where I might want to start? It would be a weekday.
    Never fished for them.
    Thanks,
    John

I'd say this forum is not at all legit unless someone got Rick Rolled. Good work Norme, even if you are what you are.
