Man, you know I'm all over this one. I love the face to face swaps, especially if there are other things to do. Kelvin, if you want, I can make my place available and you can host. If the weather is anything like today, it would be perfect; 70 degrees, clear, no wind, and nearly 300 feet of beach out and not a soul in sight. Lots of room to overhead cast. The grounds are near perfect right now, all mowed and cleaned, ready for someone to use them. Of couse, anywhere else would make this one a good swap, too.

As always Steve you are extremely generous
and I has hoping this could be a little bigger gathering that your place might be able to accommodate
I am not ruling it out however depending on interest

I am trying to find a Park some where with perhaps a ball field we can practice casting at
Titlow, Lyons, Carkeek, Shilshole something somewhere on the Sound
I need to make some calls see what is available

Well, wherever, I'll be there. I've been tying in my mind all day. I also have two handed equipment so it should be a great day, providing the weather is good. I'll bring my tying stuff, too. My place is always available if nothing else works out. We could make arrangements to use the shelter on the beach at the little park. I understand it csn be reserved though I've never done it before.

Lion's Park is in Bremerton but has just closed or will be closing soon for renovations. The grounds used by Leland when he came over for a two handed overhead switch casting session likely won't be availble for our use. There is Evergreen Park in Bremerton which has a lot of space on land, a quiet man made inlet area and a lot of shore line, but that shoreline is large rock and it tapers quickly down. Not ideal for wading, but ample room for ground activities, places for canopies and such. Steve's place at Dash Point is further from me for sure, but brings a much better beach into play. I'm not upset with travelling a bit to make it and I'll be there if the schedule permits.

I'm in and be sure you get the messages from the salt water postings or have Chris move them here so we're all together. You may have almost 15 already with both sites counted

Would love to get in on this and make it my first WFF fly swap, if that's alright. I'll definitely be there, and am happy to bring food/beer/whatever.

There are about fifteen parking spots a half block up the hill at the school yard. No problems to bring stuff down, drop it off and then park. I may have to rent a sani-can, however as the house bathroom probably won't handle all of us.

I'd like in on this Kelvin. I'll be tying a baitfish pattern using Gartsides Secret Stuff.
