Has anyone ever fished near Rainbow Falls State Park on the Chehalis River?

Not I. It's a long drive to a part of the river that warms up a tad much for trout this time of year. Earlier and later the temps do support fish of interest.

That park was by far my least favorite place to camp, ever. The park was full of noisy local white trash, the grounds were ok, but the fishing stunk and the falls is not a falls at all. its a 5 ft drop, more of a rapid than falls on an unimpressive, 12 ft wide creek, hard to believe it the Chehalis. besides drinking, not much to do in the area.
