Here's an odd Bougle that I scooped up off the devil's playground...

It's a Bougle Mk IV "Lightweight" that was produced for the Japanese marked. Anodized in a pale champagne finish and fully ported. It's in between the round porting of the Mk V's and the Mk III Lightweights.

I'm thinking it just the thing for my Tom Morgan 804-3.

yup....light weight series..very similar to the Mk V's...cool reels..

I got lucky on the evil site and found a mk 1V salmon numbered 063...I don't think the guy knew what he had..but I told him and paid a fair price...

First time out hooked a screamer of a wild steel that took me three times to turn or it would have run out the bucket...Nothing like that sound!!!

I doubt this little 3incher will do much screaming on our little mountian trouts but maybe this summer in Idaho...

    But...

Archuleta is currently tuning up a 1912 Perfect with red agate that is going on my summer-run rod (3 7/8"). That baby will definitely make some noise this summer/fall! I'll post some pics when I get it back.
