Anyone else going to this event on the 27th? I know Jerry D will be there because he's fixing lunch.:thumb::thumb:

Lunch and dinner actually. Pulled pork sammiches for lunch and smoked ribeye for dinner.

I saw everyone including Ribka. I hope you guys enjoyed the show. Scott Robertson is a great guy, and it was amazing how family oriented he made this. When he left he was already talking about next year.... Thank you guys for coming out.

Big thanks to Steve and Co. for a great event. My son and I really enjoyed the day. Scott put on an amazing show. The only problem was having to pry one of Coy's shorthair puppies out of my kids arms. All he talked about on the way home today was trying some of Scott's tricks and that he wanted to train a bird dog.

Jerry and his kids busted their butts in the HEAT for this one! Jerry, you do an amazing job! You guys missed his poached eggs over ribeye in the DO the next morning:)

Thanks Steve. I'm not a heat guy so it was tough. Thankfully I kept hydrating.

My cowboy hash is always a favorite. Basically it's a leftover hash but made a lot with sausage. We had ribeye leftover so figured why not. 3 14" DO's should've fed 60 people (not including the biscuits and preserves I made too). Well they mustve liked it since half the biscuits were gone and only a couple servings in one.

    Glad everyone enjoyed it. :)
