Does anyone know if it is worth hitting the ford tomorrow if I don't make it at the crack of dawn? I'm planning on heading that way tomorrow early, but it takes a while to get there. Does mid-day fishing stand a chance?

I was there yesterday from sunup to sunset. I hooked the majority of my fish between 11-3. I saw most of the fish caught between these times also.

I thought the fish were a little spookier once the sun got on the water, but they were also more active.

By the way, I didn't land any fish, but had seven strikes, four hookups, and broke every one off. I was using a very fine tippet and a heavy hand. Good luck, Rob.
