I think LT is talking this weekend 9-10. Right? If so, I'm heading over Thursday after work. You will find my campsite, but not me, I'll be fishing first thing Friday. When I get too hungry or need a break (you know) you might see me at the put in. I'll "mark" my campsite....
I'll be there when I get there be it any day this week. But I hope it will be friday some time of the day. And since Roper is gonna be there first we all ought to expand off of his site. Hey,I hope he gets into a dead end area so's we can sort of stay in a group instead of all spread out. But with all the Chili I plan on eating it would be better if we spread out.:+ :rofl :rofl
Well if things go as planned, (getting the new rig all fixed up) I'm gonna try to make it out by friday morning also. So I'll see you on the water roper. I'll be sure to mark your campsite also. }(
Leaving Friday somewhere around noon, I hope to leave earlier but with work its hard to say. I may stop somewhere along the way to fish. If I do not stop some where else along the way I should be fishing Dry Falls lake by no later then 4:00PM. For camp I just need a place to set out a chair and Ice Chest and park the truck. Backpacking has taught me to travel light.
Reminder for all bring wood for the fire.
well if i can get this truck up and running correct (tune up) with insurance, & tabs blah blah.. ill be taking that. So i can just sleep in the back. But if not I'll prolly just haul the tent out with you guys.
Well team, I regret to inform you that my presence will not be felt at this outing. I am taking a last minute trip to Idaho (again) this weekend.
I know I know everyone is going to go nuts without me but trust me, you'll be fine... You'll have SAK and Old Man Jim there for laughs, not to mention a little "Backyard" entertainment...
If all goes according to plan, we'llbe there around 6 Thursday afternoon. I'm assuming we want the shady areas on the B loop. If we're first, will have a WFF sign. I hope Roper beats us there so we can mark his site.
Dude who am I going to impress with my slip indicator chironimid catching techniques this year? Your one of the only guys I would have recognized. Besides, I wanted to catch another glance of one of your killer bunny leech flies.
My wife, my dog Winnie and I will be fishing the lake most of this week, including Friday. We'll be fishing out of green Coleman boat that looks a little like a really wide canoe. Feel free to stop by and say high on either Friday or Saturday. The wife is stunning and the dog is a black lab about 9 months old...me I'm the ugly cuss trying to catch them with my chironimids on long lines, just in case you needed more description.
Sorry Ira, I was fully looking forward to using the slip line indicator trick with you since I bought a shload of them this year! I am sad that I won't be able to spy on your skills again this year.
I can't make it, although if I could there would be a 1/2 gallon of scotch coming with me. Gotta get ready for a trip down south.
Have a great trip. Can't wait to read these posts...

Y'all staying at Sun Lakes? Don't know if I can make it but if so I'd like to know where you're doing the Team Not So Rugged camping.
