Looking to possibly trade my Sage RPLXi 890-5 for a comparable 3 weight rod 7'9" to 8'4". Will consider any plausible deals. The RPLXi is a factory rod and in great used shape. Comes with the sock and tube by Sage. Let me know if you might be interested... thanks!

Hope is that Thing with Feathers..

how about a sage 390-2 slt i built from a blank, it`s a nice rod looks good casts great also has a fighting butt just like the rplxi .I put it on just because I like a little extension even on my smaller rods it also helps when setting rod butt down on the ground anti slip and all that.

Thanks for the offer... it sounds like a nice rod, but a 9-footer is a bit too long for what I have in mind.

well I do have a sage 4 weight rpl 7'6" 2 piece i'm putting together as we speak, dark maroon blank saltwater reel seat, fighting butt. I could at this point put any color thread on guides desired.

The deal is done! Thanks everyone for taking a look. As it is, I worked out a trade for a Winston 7'9" 5 piece... perfect for what I have in mind. Take care all.

Hope is that Thing with Feathers..
