Broke down and bought one…holy sh!t. Put a skagit short 525 with 13ft of t10 on and it's a cannon. You can really feel the rod load and then it's gone. So easy to cast. Definitely impressed and highly recommended! They're on close-out at most places with the new Method coming out.

I know, right?! I've had mine for over a year now and it's all I fish all fall/winter/spring. Sometimes it feels like I'm cheating. I have mine loaded with a 540 skagit short. The six weight is just as fun, but lighter. I liken these rods as a sports car. You can really punch the gas when you need to.
