Sage XP Rod Blanks

    Does anyone know where I can still purchase XP blanks??? I know that the XP's are discontinued but there has got to be blanks still out there right??

    Im looking for atleast a 9' 5wt or 6wt maybe 7wt...must be a 4 piece.

    haven't relly thought about it but if the price was right i would be willing to part with it. i don't know

    You could consider a Dan Craft 9’ 5wt four piece Signature V blank. I built one of his – a 9’ 4wt – a couple of years ago and have cast it side by side with my sister’s 9’ 4wt XP. If not an identical action, they are hard to tell apart. The Signature V 5wt is about $120. As I remember XP blanks were about $300 when they were readily available.
