Certainly not an expert, but right now I'm thinking I'll be floating around Pass in my Fat Cat.

Pass sounds like a lot of fun. It also might be worth a try at some of the lower elevation puddles and out of the way lakes.

My wife is off for a girls weekend and one of my kids is sick, so no passing him off to grandma. Looks like I'm out this weekend as well. Bummer.

    Thx Ron,
I've tied a couple of "experiments' to try out, nothing exciting. It will be nice to get out and toss a few..

I'll see you out there Nick. I'll be in a blue frameless. Feel free to say hi. Hopefully the fish are on the bite.

I'm tempted to head off somewhere where there might be some fish, and see how long my casting arm can withstand the punishment suffered from flailing a 4 wt. Might be a saltwater beach, or a creek.
