    Had another late March tripped planned to the OP. Scheduled to arrive on Tuesday morning in Seattle and fish through Friday. Cancelled flight and trip at last minute due to heavy rain and winds forcast for today/tomorrow. Just my luck, however, right call this time... river levels are taking off!

    Looks like a good call to me. Wind is picking up here and I am near the Sound, a long way from the Coast.

    Coast ususally gets much more rain and wind than I do.

    ok maybe not the 80s maybe 78° maximum, I definately got sunburned to hell. And caught some nice browns. I'm pretty sure I couldn't live in Montana June-September, its just to damned hot (and the fishing here is really good). The rest of the winter though mmmmmm.... Sunshine and rainbows (and browns!)

    No, they ran out of snow about two weeks ago and shut it down. Stevens Nordic is roaring along, though!
