shore fishing

    Does anyone know where is a good place for shore fishing around Seattle area? Thanks.:)

    You might try the "search forums" function on this site; look for "beach fishing", there have been quite a few threads on the subject over the years. Salmon and cutthroat can move for miles up and down the shoreline over the course of a day as they search for food, so almost any place where you can gain access to a beach may have fish at some time. Parks, like Golden Gardens, Lincoln Park, Carkeek and Picnic Point Parks are good places to start (just watch your backcast, beachwalkers have an unfortunate attraction to flyfishers and seem to feel that the best point of view from which to observe this curious phenomenon is from directly behind).
