Has anybody used this stuff for the gummie minnows? Those flies look pretty killer...and I bet they probably would catch a few SRC!:eek

THe gummy minnows are a great fly (they could be possibly considered an artificial lure in some places) anyways in my experience with the gummy minnow is that it is effective for trout but it spins and thus will twist your line and leader, I usually have to stop and cut the fly off every hour or so to let the line untwist in the river current. other than that it seems to be fairly durable....10-15 fish caught before it tears apart and isn't fishable.
