I've looked at the regs but can't afford a lawyer to explain them to me. I just need to know what (if any) marine areas will be open for resident coho beach fishing 3/24-3/31. It looks like Cutts are open year round? Also will there be chum fry out there this early? Thanks guys!

    11 and 13.
Feb. 14-Apr. 10 CHINOOK - min. size 22". Other SALMON species - no min. size. Daily limit 1.

Here are the regs. Pretty clear to me.

Think that's 11. Here's 13... same diff, given the dates he was asking about...

Mar. 1-Apr. 30 CHINOOK - min. size 22". Other SALMON species - no min. size. Daily limit 1. See closures and marine preserves on previous page.

    Northern It's all good.

Unless I'm reading them wrong, all Puget Sound MA's except for MA-10 (and various special marine sanctuary areas, etc) are open for salmon in March. Limits vary, chinook retention varies, handling regs in place for wild chinook in some areas.

Please correct me if that's not right!
