How fishable is the Skagit after all the rain? Any one having much luck with the pinks?

Go to Howard Miller Park when you hear they have reached that far. They bite flies quite well. Water clarity is excellent up there.

Less than a foot below Sauk. I fished it today all the way up

They are past Howard Miller and have been for a while. I was up there a week ago and hiked up the Sauk just looking around.....some gnarly humped out ones dying up there. Lots of pinks up there, and wading access higher than Howard Miller is great.
