I'm here at Fort Lewis and I recently got an Echo 6wt Rod. I'm looking for advice on line, flies and locations for Sea-Run Cutthroat in the Sound. All help is appreciated. Thanks!

Start at Puget Sound Fly Company, Anil and crew are awesome and very knowledgeable. They are just up the street from you. Buy your fly line there, and $20 worth of fly's and he'll steer you the right way. In addition, start using the research function here. From Fort Lewis head over the Narrows bridge and hit any public access you can find. Best time of year to start for sure.
    Good luck brother,

I shot over to Puget Sound Fly Co. right after this post, great guys there. They suggested Narrows as well. Very helpful, thanks!
