I leave the front hooks on so they can hold down to the foam better when I ship them. but they should snap right off with some pliers
Here are the other ones that are waiting to be wrapped after worked today!

I've been fishing a lot of Mack's Canyons this summer/fall and I like the color scheme, so I took that and put it into an intruderish sort of fly. I call it the MacTruder (pronounced with conviction like "McGruber" on Saturday Night Live). 10 of them should be arriving at your house tomorrow Thomas. They should be pretty fishy.

Also, the hooks have been clipped so they're ready to get some action.

Better late than never I suppose....

I was inspired by Grayone's adams reinterpretation and did a classic trout nymph.

I reinterpreted the venerable fish catching Prince Nymph into a Dee style fly.....the Princess Dee.

    hope you guys like them.

All the flies are sorted and in their respective boxes & envelopes waiting to be mailed tomorrow. I had a couple extras of a few flies so if I goofed on someone's set, let me know and I'll get it to you ASAP. I think I've got them right I but never underestimate my ability to create a CF out of thin air...

Also - since 11 is a luckier number than 10 and steelhead fishing is heavy on the luck factor, I tied another pattern for y'all to bring the total to 11. It's a black/claret spade in the Alec Jackson style. Enjoy!

    Thanks!

I got mine yesterday afternoon too. Thank you Thomas, and thanks to all the participants. Another fly swap, still remaining the lowest common denominator. My flies are rubbish compared to the rest of you guys. Thanks for letting me play along.

No problem, happy to administer the swap.

If anyone catches something on one of the swap flies of a fly they copied from a swap pattern, it'd be pretty cool if you'd post a pic in this thread.

    Best,

    Thomas
