Since I have finished the sea run cutthroat swap I thought I should host a Summer steelhead nymph fly swap. There is a total of 10 spots so everyone sends me 9 flies. The due date is may 25, 2010 no exceptions, that way we can all have them by the opener. Everyone made it in the last swap so I know it can be done. If you are unable to complete your flies back out so we arnt waiting. All flies must be used for nymphing. Let me know if you are up for this swap and what you are tying.

    1. Clint- bacon and egg and my favorite yellow glo bug (imitates sucker spawn) Done
    2. Jcalderon- Hot bead stone and steelhead copper john
    3. slippery_whippet- Gorman's veiled egg and steelhead caddis Recieved
    4. fly punk- Assassin and Steelhead October nymph Recieved
    5. Ringlee- Steelhead prince Recieved

OK, I'm in since Clint is hosting. I'm thinking either steelhead caddis nymph or a Gorman's veiled egg, which also works killer for summer runs.
Clint let me know which you would prefer.

OK, here's the deal. I will let the steelhead choose. I have a trip planned next week and I will try both patterns.
I will also be using a hot bead stone too, I know that one works!

So Clint what do you think? Should we do this? I've got em tied. Do we want to wait for more or keep it at what we got.
