super san juan.?

    I won a fly in a raffle and don't know the name of it. it looks like 3 or 4 san juan worms on one hook. the body is like diamond braid or something like that of the same color as the chenille(red). the hook is a 2 or 3x size 6 or 8. thanks, mike w

    I fished the red beaded version of this a few days ago in some pretty serious chironomid chop with good results.
    Just my thoughts, but I figured that the wave action gave it some interesting movement.

    that is it only with red chenille. what is the name of that beast? will tie some up for coffeepot if there is any water left. mike w

    Two weeks ago, I caught a 16-17 inch brown on the Bighorn and as I was taking the hook out of its mouth, it puked out a gob of worms that looked just like the Medusa.
