    I just tried to make sushi for the first time.

    California roll, Crab roll, Smoked salmon roll

    They turned out pretty good for a first timer.

    We'll be having these tonight with Yakiniku (a grilled beef w/ miso dipping sauce).

    Very nicely done! Rolling sushi can be pretty tough! That's a hell of a first attempt.

    Here's one of my favorite creations to date. Tempura fried thick cut bacon and cream cheese rolled up, then the whole role tempura battered and fried.

    Oh man, that looks great, Evan! I think the hardest part of this was getting the sticky rice just right. Mine was a little too sticky.
