First off thanks for all of the suggestions on using the maxima UG. I landed my first salmon, a pink, today and had total confidence in the UG. Also, it is the first salmon that I have caught on a fly that I tied so it was a pretty cool thing that happened this AM.

Time to land your first silver now. Never stop using the Maxima Ultragreen in the saltwater unless you are fishing for picky chum or cutts.

15 lb Maxima slays chums just as well, but you might consider dropping down to 12 or even 10... When you hook into one of them 15 lb bull dogs and you have to bust him off to save your gear or whatever, it's damn near impossible with 15 lb Maxima.
