I've ended up working more than I expected, so earlier this week sent off two of the same fly each, a Summer skater in sizes #6 and #8. They're tied on the relatively new Daiichi 2110 van klinken bomber hooks.
I've had the best of luck dressing them with a boot water repellant(as per Ralfish), but I wasn't going to cover someone else's flies with something that smells like animal fat, pine tar, and ass

Anyhow, I hope you guys like them when you get em'.

Thanks everyone, this was my first swap and the flies are great. My apologies as my "Blue Charm" somehow turned into a "Black Charm". Somehow I managed to tie the entire batch with black hackle feather instead of blue and didn't realize it until it came time to ship them out. I don't call myself the "underachiever" for nothing.

Flies look awesome fellas! This was my first swap as well and i am looking forward to doing some more. Great variety in the ties from the swap which was the best part. Im looking forward to fall next year when i can skate up some steelhead with some of those nice ties!
