    As a matter of fact the fish see the awesomeness of our majesty coming from a mile or so away and high tail it right outta Dodge.... But yes we do bring a new level of awesomeness to where ever we fish.

    Many years ago on a river on Vancouver island, my dad and I were fishing this run for a while. two guys in a drift boat came into the run, exchanged pleasantries and moved on. Almost imediately, I hooked a fish( 20+ lb female), and soon after my dad caught one too. Since then I've never worried about a guy drifting through the run in front of me( as long as he keeps moving). It is my belief that those fish were in the riffle or in the tailout above.

    Fish usually just jump right on shore when they see me coming. They know they don't stand a chance. Talk about awesomeness.....:cool:

    Sounds great! I thought it's a bit early for my favorite smoking fish... (Favorite cause they're easiest to catch..)
