NEW PRICE!!-- Old St. Croix 7/8 single. Includes a terrible PVC rod case. Very used, but as far as I can tell completely fishable with no marring in the cork or blank. Also very much a 7wt, even though rated as a 7/8. Mostly used as a nymphing stick, but swung 8wt WF with tips. I would describe it as mid- to full-flex. Responsible for many Steelfaces to the hand including my first one on a fly rod (I kept the fly, but I have no attachment to the rod).

I will be 100% direct, this is not a very good rod over all. But it's great if you think your kid will step on it, or you want try tossing a 7wt single. Saltwater rod?

A bump for this one. That St.Croix 13' 7wt. is a sweet rod. Blank probably rolled in Park Falls, WI. A softish early St. Croix spey rod that remains a geat spey caster. 6/7 delta multi-tip and you're good to go.
