Join Steve Rohrbach, Puget Sound beach fly fisherman and learn how to tie a wide variety of flies to fish our local saltwater beaches. Steve is a member of the Washington Fly Fishing Club and is a proficient fly tier. Steve fishes the beaches of Puget Sound year round and has chosen a group of flies that consistently catch fish. He has put together a workbook that includes detailed tying and fishing instructions for the flies that you will learn to tie. Flies include Amphipod, Euphausiid, Jim Dandy, Miyawaki’s Beach Popper, Foul-Free Baitfish, Arctic Fox Clouser, Marabou Sand Lance, Flashabou Comet and Little Stone’s Chum Baby. Bring your vice and tools and clear mono and hot pink tying thread. Cost of the class is $50. Intermediate tiers only. The class will be held at Patrick’s Fly Shop on Tuesday, February 20 and Thursday, February 22 from 6:30PM to 8:30PM. Please call 206-325-8988 to reserve your spot. Class is limited to 6 tiers
