Why are we giving Ted Kaczynski that much street cred? I can see him as a reason to sell, but a reason to buy?

You must move past that and look at the potential. Hell, someone bought the house in Auburn that the Gary Ridgway lived in.

The property is within a stone's flight of the Blackfoot... not fishing related... are you kidding me?

The man was a coward & used terrorism to unleash his anger at society instead of trying to change things in a peacefully way..

True, Vlad & thank you. That being said, I used to bow hunt that country. I feel fortunate that I didn't encounter that piece of excrement while I was doing so.

Leave it abandoned, just because he lived there. Make it open to sportsmen for a small donation that should be given to the families of those in Vlad's list.

Damn. I drove by there last Tuesday when leaving the Mo and heading for the Blackfoot. We spent the night in Lincoln at Hooper Park.

Never knew that nut-job lived in that area.

Ted K was and is a seriously disturbed individual. $109K for his postage stamp sized property (I think it's < 1/2 acre) is insane. I'm guessing other equivalent parcels in the 5 acre range nearby would go for <$100K. That section of the Blackfoot is not very good fishing.

Buying an overpriced property simply because a highly deranged psychopath owned it, isn't a smart investment IMNHO.
