To everyone deployed and in other parts of the world, thank you for all of the sacrifices that you have made to keep the people free. I wish you all good luck, and to everyone who has served thank you for your sacrifice as well, the U.S.A. would not be the country that it has been without your sacrifice. Thank you.

While I would not say that my service was in any way of the level of those that gave so much, I am proud to have had the opportunity to have served in the company of such men and women. I salute all those that stand in harms way, and those behind them that supply the support that is needed to keep this great County safe and free, and those that gave so very much to do so.

Thank you all for your service to our Country and your fellow Americans.

I feel like you do. I was in between all wars. To young for WWII, just missed Korea, 4F for Viet Nam. And to damn old for the rest of them.

Edit: But I did spend 2 years, 11 months, and 29 days in the U.S. Army.

Words simply can't describe the gratitude and debt I as an American, would like to convey to every member of our armed services on this day.
But words are all we have to say THANK YOU! Without you efforts our way of life and our country would already be just a distant memory.
    Thanks so very much.

    Jim,
You served during the only war in history in which a real possibility of annihilation of the human race truly existed. Thank you for your service.

And thank you to the Special Op's guys (if there are any here), that unfortunately (and fortunately) we'll never know just exactly what you've done, and the sacrifice that you have made- i.e. living a "normal" life.
