    Freestone,

I would have thought that your preferred fly would be tied around a snap swivel rather than a fingernail!!

It's a tough one. Freestone, if nobody gets this one pretty soon, can you go with a different challenge? In the interest of momentum of course. BTW, the guys told me about your humble beginnings as an angler. The story sounds like how a comic book super hero was born. It's a bird, it's a plane, it's...............FREEEEEEEEEEEESTOOOOOOOOOOONE!!!!!!

I'd say we should move on to a different challenge. Freestone, you can get the next one.

The challenge is a pic of some sort of clothing that is inapropriate for fly fishing being worn whilst fly fishing. It can be whatever you choose. Go get 'em!

This one is just so damned wrong that it has to be posted. Know in advance that OrangeRadish will chime in eventually stating many reasons and citing rules of his game that I've not followed. Regardless, this is so damned wrong it must be posted.

The following photo was taken next to the airport on a small piece of private access water, so I won't say where it is, but I'll tell you a bit about this photo. Seen here, OrangeRadish is headed to the river to explore wearing a pair of waders. You may question what is so wrong about that...well...they are a pair of women's waders. Women's waders is what this guy is sporting. How do I know that? Well, I borrowed my wife's waders and loaned them to him. Sorry Broheme, every good deed is done with ulterior motives! (Oh, he nearly shat himself in them too...)

Nope. Win. You kill me, Ed. *moment of realization* Wait, did you plan that out?!?!?!?!? If you did, that is some seriously good shit.

To clarify, my waders are at Simms getting fixed. I asked Ed if he had a pair going spare.
"Sure", They're my wife's. Is that ok?"
"As long as I'm dry, I don't care."

Ed, you crafty bastard. WELL played. (Watch your back.)

Jason, I will admit that once you asked me to borrow some waders the thought hit me while we were chatting. I even told you they were my wife's waders and you agreed without hesitation. I waited for a pic until you were not watching. If you'd see me sporting the Okay and camera with you in view you'd have known my game. You've got a great sense of humor, but not much of a sense of spatial awareness...sometimes you are too easy.

Okay, here is what I want to see. I want to see a hatchery steelhead from any river system where they are being bonked and removed for human consumption. I don't need to see they dripping with blood post stone shampoo. Just a nice grin and grip, flash that Okay sign and presto! You don't even have to say where it was, but it has to be a trip from today forward, no old archives.

Correct me if I am wrong. Is that a picture of your hand in front of a computer screen making the ok sign? A picture of a picture? J is that a legal move? This seems a bit scechy. Ed at what point did you ponder this opportunity? And then you forgot to do the OK sign in the original picture. What a shame. I thought this was going to be some real premeditated sh.., not an afterthought. A man of your learned status can do better than that.

sorry j, cheers and as always.

Can't figure out where we are with this thread, but here's a couple shots I couldn't let go unposted given freestone's request. These were taken at Cannon Beach 1.5 years ago, but the first one is almost a convincing OK sign. fingernail flies are killer for shrimp, btw.. couldn't keep the damn things off my hook.

Annie, glad you are sticking up for your boy! I knew I was going to do this when Jason pleaded to bring him a spare pair of waders. I offered my wife's and he asked if I though they'd fit his fat ass. He agreed and I knew I would take a shot. I took it without the okay sign on the river because I had my rod in the hand. I figured then I'd just photo the photo. It was truly premeditated for sure and I know he's brewing his revenge already.
