Got my flies today as well, they all look great. That big stone sure stands out, sweet pattern. I didnt label mine, mine are both similiar patterns. They are both small simple nymphs, both are squirrel and both are beadheads. One is dark olive with a black tungston bead and a flash tail. The other is rust color squirrel with a gold bead and a pheasant tail. Nothing fancy but they both can catch fish.

    Thanks again fellas, good work.

I just got the flies today... awesome work guys. I'm not sure who tied what but when I get the photos posted you guys can tell me who tied what with names and such. Randy that stone is the dope show... no way am I soaking that sucker it's going in the tying room... something to shoot for down the road.

anyway thanks and I'll try and work out the photos in the next few days and hopefully I can figure it out.

thanks again trevor for the hosting and to all tiers

now hopefully my photos can do these flies justice

ok guys I got the photo part done. If you guys could identify your flies and give me the names of the flies along with your name I can finish them off before I send them to the swap photo gallery. All my tags came of except for Randy's and I knew mine so that is what they look like finished.

Let me know what you think and either post the info to me in pm or on the thread it doesn't matter

    thanks for the experience

ps that first biot nymph photo is a rough draft so disregard

Top row, second from right=peeking caddis
Second row, second from left=pheasant tail variant ("theo's")

The flies are all amazing guys. Definitely see some stuff that I'm going to have to learn to do.
    Thanks for the opportunity.
    Cheers

mine are the red rubber legged copper john and the "black widow" the black one with the red stripe on the bottom....again with rubber legs...

edit- Holy cow...my wraps sucked on that Copper John....It is amazing how blowing up a photo brings out the bad little details. I am used to tying with a magnifier and light, but I dont have the room here at school, so my Quality control goes down substantially...apparently... I'll have to work on that...

Yeah ditto on the wraps, they usually look tight to the naked eye but on my RPT they dropped of considerably under the microscope
