Recently the butt end came unglued and slid out of my handle on my sage approach. Rather than spending the money to warranty it I was wondering what glue I should use to reinstall it? Thanks?

Good morning Thomas, I've been building rods for a long time and I use epoxy. Five minute epoxy is my go to, or if you need a little more time, the stuff that sets up in 30 will do the trick.

I've used Devcon 2-Ton epoxy for years. It's inexpensive, found in most hardware stores, clear, and dries in 8-12 hours. After assembly, just prop the rod butt or tip upright, overnight. Nothing has ever come loose.
