Man, there are some fellas drinking some exotic stuff. We should hook up...I'll tie on all your flies for nips of your fancy flask contents...otherwise a blue collar hack like me will never get a chance to experience that level of gastronomic or "digestif" bliss.

I'm currently hitting on some Meridaian Chardonnay (2007) and since there is less than half a bottle I'm not using a glass and I'm thinking on how to find an hour to fish tomorrow in my overbooked schedule while also working hard to avoid sleep.

OK,time for his nibs here to weigh in: You are missing the post-session cigar here, guys. What would go with a nice spicy smuggled Cuban?? If you're a Scot, then certainly the libation needs to be made by the clan. For me, it's Loch Finlaggan cask strength. Since I also own property in Lochaber, I'd have to go with Dew of Ben Nevis. If I'm drifting, then I'll switch to Gosling's Black Seal rum (arrr). Slainte mhor, a` huile duine!

so much booze, so little time.
there's got to be a better cold remedy than Peppermint schnapps- that is a kick-free drink, but then you don't want something that kicks you in the nuts when tippled from a flask... need something somewhere in the middle-a little kick to let you know you're alive, but not something that leaves you thinking river water would make a good chaser...
I have some blackberry brandy and courvoisier in the bullpen, but am still seeking perfection.
going to the local booze store in Yelm didn't exactly open my eyes wide to potentials.
    :hmmm:

If I could find my damn flask, it would be some 12yo Jameson or Crown! They compliment a nice cigar on the side of the river! :beer2:
