    Hello,
I am spending the weekend with the family in Silverdale, and I am hoping to get a few hours chasing cutrhoat somewhere in there. This is the first time I have come to Silverdale, so I was wondering if anyone knows of a good beach or area to go try my luck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Matteo:)

If you want to stay in the PS waters you can try Manchester SP, the Tracyton area, Old Man House park on Agate Pass, Southworth--all are within a half hour drive from Silverdale, give or take. The other option is to drive over to Hood Canal. Big Beef Creek beach in Seabeck is minutes away and so is Scenic Beach SP. A little further are all the areas on the west side of the canal. Good luck!

Even closer than the above mentioned locations are lyons park in Bremerton and several smaller parks and pull-offs around Dyes inlet

Thanks guys. I am going to try and hit the Seabeck area for this afternoon's low tide. I'll let you know how it goes.

Try the dock at Silverdale itself. Only fished it once while boat was tied up there but the evening brought the fish into the dock area.

While I've heard that folks catch chums there during the run it doesn't look like much of a beach for SRC being pretty bare and sandy/muddy.

You were nailing cutts? What time of year?

    TIA!
