Hi all, I need some advice.
I've yet to catch a salmon on a fly rod, and have a chance this weekend.
I live in olympia, don't have a boat, but have a strong desire to catch that elusive salmon.

Where would you all recommend going around the olympia (ish) area for some salmon fishing (pink or other wise)

I understand people may want to keep their favorite places to them selves, but i'd truly appreciate some help here.

    Many thanks!

you're not going to find pinks south of tacoma. your closest spot will be in the browns point/dash point area

I was going to hit browns/dash today with my in law from TX, but remember the holiday and said forget it. parking would be like finding a parking spot in the mall 1 week before Christmas!
