Ira does not have a change of heart. And Darkhelmets must keep his paws off especially with only one post to his name!
It appears that, pending some arrangements, both items are spoken for. I will notify those I've told are second in line if anything changes
I'd like a beer and a look at the Ranger.
Eric you're welcome to come by anytime. I'm just up in Shorewoods.
The Ranger is an awesome truck, but there is a story that if you're truly curious I'd explain.
I'm gonna go to Nicks place and sit in Iras boat and pretend I'm rowing and fishing chironomids in an island Stillwater. After catching all the imaginary fish in Nicks yard I will load Iras boat into Eric's ranger just to see how heavy a port ludlow 8' pram weighs...just for future reference.
That is how I roll.
One post (now two, so there...) and many page reads. Just recently started fly fishing again after a few years hiatus and there is so much good advice and info to be found here. Just need a more reliable craft to get me on the water now. The U-Boat 2000 just isnt cutting it for me.
Thanks a lot ed. I literally spit iced tea onto my smart phone screen when I read this.
So what you getting for fishing the salt?
I have a 12' Jon Boat for sale!
I forgot to add that I'm doing all this with one of your beers in hand...or cup holder
There you go Ed. You have to lick the oars and write Ed was here on the seat!
Ok, so I still have both the pram and the pontoon.
The pontoon has been sitting outside the past month or so, and it seems to have developed a leak in one of the tubes. I had it pumped up, and over the course of a week or so the one tube slowly deflated. Not sure where/how bad the leak is, but I have little doubt its easily repairable. Anyway, if someone wants the tubes/frame/fins/pump I will give it away free of charge if you come get it, or meet me somewhere in the Kitsap area. My wife has been patient with me, but I gotta make room on the property ASAP.
And please... Someone come take this pram off my hands! It kills me to get rid of it, but it kills me more to hear the wife complaining about it.
Looks like the pontoon is spoken for. Thanks Joe. Skyler, you're next if it falls through.
Have you considered a new thread titled Port Ludlow Pram?
Seems like a few members were looking for these...
Good luck. That is a great little Pram and it needs to be fished!
Yeah, I suppose I should do that. I guess I've just been dragging my feet up to this point, hoping the wife would back off. It's such a purdy little boat, I just hate to get rid of it. But you're right, it needs to go to someoen who is not obssessed with chasing salmon.
