I'm a relative ff-ing newcomer (finishing my first year, but a junkie already). How much longer can you fish the Yakima? And how decent will it be over the next few weeks ....?

The Yakima can be great year-round, depending on whether or not you like to nymph and streamer fish. The dry fly action will be ggod for a few weeks, with mayflies and OCtober Caddis right now, and a few Baetis in November. But from then to about MArch its nymphing, with a possibility of a midge hatch. March and April can be dynamite with stoneflies and Baetis. Hope this helps-
