This from today's Worley bugger report: A Cottonwood tree that was ripped from the bank in the early spring in the Rinehart to Ringer section of the river that created a dangerous situation all summer has been cleared. The “Tree Farm” is now wide open and no portage is needed at this time. However, situations always change and snags and root wads do a lot of shifting in this area of the Yakima. Anyone interested in floating this section of the river is advised to be extremely careful. It can still be very dangerous.
