Anybody have experience with the Yellowstone Drifter or Madison series drift boats? Interested in pro's-con's on this particular boat.
The Yellowstone Drifter is the same as the old Eastside, for what ever that's worth. They bought the molds. It is not a wide boat. And it is relatively flat bottomed. It crosses the river quickly and holds well. It is a tad slow to turn and a bit side to side tippy. Some of the later boats have a honeycomb core bottom panel, which keeps the bottom from oil canning, thereby increasing performance significantly. I wouldn't get one if has the flexy up and down bottom panel.
