    Hello,

Below is a link to the WDFW website that explains the process for public involvement regarding sport fishing regulation changes for in the state.

This year’s process is what we term a “major cycle” year, when proposals for changes in the sport fishing rules are accepted from both the public and departmental staff. The timetable lists important dates during the process (pay special attention to these dates). Proposed changes developed during this process will be presented to the Fish and Wildlife Commission for its approval in February 2008, and, unless otherwise stated, those rules adopted will take effect May 1, 2008 and be listed in the 2008-2009 Fishing in Washington pamphlet.

All proposals are considered by WDFW so if you have been thinking about a change this is your chance. Any initial thoughts on changes?
